Expression of GRSF1 protein in different tissues of wildtype mice and Grsf1^−/− animals. Different organs were prepared from sacrificed mice of either genotype. Small pieces of the different organs were homogenized. The homogenates were centrifuged and aliquots of the supernatants were applied to SDS-PAGE. Immunostaining was carried out with two different anti-GRSF1 antibodies. A Testis homogenate supernatants: Here 45 µg total testis lysate supernatant protein were applied and the anti-GRSF1 antibody AB 205531 (Abcam, Cambrifge, UK) was used at primary antibody. B Organ homogenate supernatants: Here 40 µg total homogenate supernatant protein were applied and the anti-GRSF1 antibody HPA036985 (Sigma, Deisenhofen, Germany) was used as primary antibody.
