Flavivirus prMs antagonize IFN-I production induced by RIG-I/MDA5-MAVS. A The amino acid identity of the prMs from flaviviruses TBEV, DENV2, JEV, YFV, WNV and ZIKV. B–E EV or flavivirus prMs, the IFNβ-Luc plasmids together with RIG-I-N (B), MDA5 (C), MAVS (D) and TBK1 (E) were co-transfected into HEK293T cells, the luciferase activity was measured at 20 hpt. The expression of RLRs and prM proteins were detected by immunoblot using the indicated antibodies. Bars represent the mean of three biological replicates and all data are expressed as mean ± SE
