From: IFITM3 promotes malignant progression, cancer stemness and chemoresistance of gastric cancer by targeting MET/AKT/FOXO3/c-MYC axis

Fig. 1

IFITM3 is overexpressed in human gastric cancer and is highly correlated to advanced pathological stages. A IFITM3 expression was analyzed by classification of non-tumor or tumor groups using the Chen and Cho gastric cancer datasets. B IFITM3 expressions in 60 clinical GC specimens were evaluated by RT-qPCR. T/N ratio less than 0.5 was defined as down-regulation, while T/N ratio greater than 2 was defined as up-regulation of IFITM3. C IHC analysis of IFITM3 in 122 GC tumor tissues (T) and 107 noncancerous adjacent mucosa (N). The y-axis represents IHC score. ***p < 0.001. D Scatter plot shows IFITM3 expression in relation to different pathology stages of GC specimens. Right panel displays four representative pairs of GC specimens at different pathological stages from the IHC analyses
