The influence of AhR activation on cytokine production in the supernatant of the treated DCs. The BMDCs were cultured with different cytokines and then treated with 100 nM FICZ for 12 h to activate AhR, followed by stimulation with LPS for another 24 h. The levels of IL-1β, IL-12, IL-23, IL-22, TGF-β, and IL-10 in the supernatants of the different DCs were detected by ELISA.
