A Retromer complex (including Vps35) promotes Wnt secretion by recycling Wntless from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN). VPS35-D620N, a mutant in PD patients, inhibits this event, reducing Wnt secretion. B LRRK2 binds to the β-catenin destruction complex.
