Influence of SP1 and UTE1 Decoy ODNs on the activity of promoter of TIMP1 in HSC-T6 cells. After pGLuc-P-TIMP1 was transfected into HSC-T6 cells for 24 h, Decoy ODNs were transfected for another 24 h. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of three experiments and each experiment for three wells. ΔΔp < 0.01 represented three experimental groups compared to Scr Decoy ODN group respectively. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01
