ACBP-L and low dose Cisplatin combined treatment improves quality of life in the xenograft tumor model. (a) Body weight of xenografted nude mice (n = 8) was measured every two days for thirty days, and means of the body weight of each group were presented. (b) Body weight was presented by mean ± (SD). Statistical significance were determined by Student t-test when compared with the control (*), ACBP-L (#), and combined treatment (+), p < 0.05. (c) Food intake by tumor bearing mice was measured every two days, and the means of each group were presented. (d) Data of food intake were presented as mean ± SD.
