From: miRNA signature of unfolded protein response in H9c2 rat cardiomyoblasts
Induction of UPR target genes in H9c2 cells. H9c2 cells were left untreated or treated with (1 μM) Tg or (1 μg/ml) for 24 hours. The change in expression levels of ER stress markers was measured by qRT-PCR normalizing against GAPDH expression. The expression levels relative to the control are shown.
