Characterization of the CTL-mediated killing of MOVCAR tumor cells treated with the various chimeric proteins. (A) Representative luminescence imaging of in vitro OVA-specific CTL killing of luciferase-expressing MOVCAR cells treated with 0.5 μg/ml NKG2D-Fc or NKG2D-Fc-RO. Luciferase-expressing MOVCAR cells treated with chimeric proteins were later incubated with 2 × 10⁴ OVA-specific CD8+ T cells (OT-1 T cells). CTL-mediated tumor cell death was determined by decreasing luminescence activity.
