Knockout of Rnf20 in the Sertoli cells impairs the CLDN11 expression and disrupts the distribution in the Sertoli cells in the seminiferous tubules in adult mice. Immunofluorescence analysis of the CLDN11 protein on testis sections in the Rnf20Flox/Flox and the Amh-Rnf20−/−mice. The nuclei were stained with DAPI. FITC signals represent the localization of CLDN11. SOX9, a marker for the Sertoli cells, indicates the distribution of the Sertoli cells in the seminiferous tubules.
