Flavivirus TBEV prM impedes the interaction of MDA5 and MAVS. A-E HEK293T cells were transfected with Myc-MAVS together with HA-tagged MDA5 (A), RIG-I (B), MAVS (C) TBK1 (D) or TRAF3 (E) along with EV or Flag-prM. The cell lysates were co-immunoprecipitated with anti-Myc (A, C–E) or anti-HA affinity gel (B) and analyzed by immunoblot using the indicated antibodies.
