Expression of Grsf1 mRNA in different tissues of wildtype mice and Grsf1−/− animals. Total RNA was extracted from different tissues of wildtype mice (C57Bl/6J) and Grsf1−/− animals. Grsf1 mRNA was quantified by qRT-PCR using a specific primer combination as described in Materials and Methods. The copy numbers of Grsf1 mRNA per 106 Gapdh mRNA copies were calculated and used as measure for the steady-state concentrations of Grsf1 mRNA.
