The DEGs were then divided into four groups (a–d) according to the expression profiles in ovules of mock and TSA treatments. a The genes significantly up-regulated in response to TSA treatment; b the genes that showed a weak difference with less FPKM values; c the genes that showed a weak difference with more FPKM values; d the genes significantly down-regulated in response to TSA treatment.
