Treatment with tolDCs ameliorates TNBS-induced acute colitis in mice. Experimental colitis was induced with TNBS. The tolDCs were generated in the presence or absence of FICZ as described previously and administered intraperitoneally (i.p.) to the colitis mice 2 h after administration of TNBS.
