P62 promotes ferroptosis in p53-mutant GBM cells but inhibits ferroptosis in p53-wild-type GBM cells. A U118, U251 or U87 cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1 or HA-P62 plasmids, followed by DMSO or erastin treatment. Cell death were determined by trypan blue staining.
