Pathway-to-pathway construction using the common pathways between the enrichment analysis of the top 500 DEGs of each tissue and the results of our previous study on gene expression datasets from ataxia and spasticity phenotypes. The common pathways between the two studies are presented in blue nodes. Additional pathways were included using a shortest path algorithm to either fill missing connections between pathway nodes or to enrich the pathway network. The most important pathways that could be associated with SA based on previous bibliography are designated in red
