Virus infection promoted the secretion of IFNα and combined treatment could further enhance its secretion. A and B Cells were infected with T1012G (0.01 MOI). Culture medium was collected and analyzed for IFNα or IFNβconcentration by ELISA after 9 h, 20 h and 36 h infection. C and D Cells were pretreated with 40 μmol/l propranolol for 48 h and then infected with 0.01 MOI of virus. Culture medium were harvested after T1012G treatment for 9 h and 20 h. Results are presented as mean ± SEM, significant differences were evaluated using one-way ANOVA. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001; #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01 vs. propranolol group; &&P < 0.01 vs. T1012G group (Dunnett’s test for multiple comparisons)
