Inhibiting autophagy increased apatinib-induced apoptosis. a–c Cells were treated with 25 μM apatinib or DMSO for 24 h after transfection with control siRNA or Beclin1 siRNA. The expression levels of related genes were measured by western blotting. d–q Cells were pretreated with 10 μM CQ for 6 h and then treated with apatinib (25 μM) for 24 h.
