From: PIAS1 potentiates the anti-EBV activity of SAMHD1 through SUMOylation
PIAS1 promotes the SUMOylation of SAMHD1. A Schematic representation of protein SUMOylation process. In vitro SUMOylation assay was performed with the combination of E1, E2, SUMO2, SUMO2 mutant, PIAS1, and substrates (SAMHD1 and p53) as indicated.
