Induction of TPD52, 53, and 54 in OSCC cells and NHEK cells using hypoxia. SAS, HSC3, HSC4, and NHEK cells were exposed to hypoxia for 0, 8, 16, and 24 h. Then, TPD52, TPD53, and TPD54 levels were analyzed using RT-qPCR (a) and TPD52, TPD53, TPD54, HIF-1α, and β-actin levels were analyzed using western blotting (b).
