Localization of PRAMEL1 in the intermitochondrial cement (IMC). Mitochondria (M) began to aggregate around the electron-dense material to form IMC in pachytene spermatocytes. Typical IMC with clustered labeling of PRAMEL1 in the cement part of IMC was observed in the early pachytene spermatocyte (A), and late pachytene spermatocyte (B, C).
