Host-interacting proteins of SARS-CoV-2 Orf6. a Cells transfected with either a control (mCherry (mCh)-FLAG) or Orf6-mCh-FLAG-expression vector were lysed. Conjugated-proteins were pulled-down using FLAG agarose beads.
