The immune cells are differentially regulated in spleen in CAE-induced AP. Single cell suspension was prepared from the spleen collected from the same sets of the mice as described in Fig. 1. Multi-dimensional flow cytometry was performed using two mouse immune phenotype Panels as described in Table 1, and data was analyzed by manual gating.
