Crosstalk between EZH2 PTMs. There are widespread interplays between EZH2 modifications. These crosstalks can be divided into cooperative or antagonistic modification crosstalk. For instance, cooperative modification crosstalk (the case that T261 phosphorylation promotes EZH2 ubiquitination); antagonistic modification crosstalk (the case that K348 acetylation inhibits T345 and T487 phosphorylations and following EZH2 ubiquitination).
