Nrf2-induced autophagy is partially rescued by pretreatment of CaMKIIα inhibitor. Nrf2-overexpressed (Nrf2-OE) Ec109 cells were pretreated with 15 μM KN-93 for 12 h, and then autophagy levels were analyzed by western blotting, flow cytometry and confocal microscopy, respectively.
