The adipogenesis-inhibiting effect of macrophage supernatants is dependent on secretory macromolecule. a hADSCs were cultured with adipogenesis-inducing medium (AD) with or without the supernatant from different macrophage subtypes (> 3 kDa or < 3 kDa) at the ratio of 1:1 in 48 plate, medium was changed every 3 days.
