The effect of IL-17 on PD-L1 expression is dependent on NO-activated STAT3 phosphorylation. a C57BL/6 MSCs were treated with indicated cytokines for 12 h. Cells were then collected for the extraction of protein. The expression of phosphorylated STAT3 (p-STAT3), total STAT3, phosphorylated p65 (p-p65) and GAPDH were analyzed by western blot. A representative of three experiments is shown. b C57BL/6 MSCs were treated with indicated cytokines and molecules for 12 h. Cells were then collected and the expression of p-STAT3 and total STAT3 were detected by western blot. c C57BL/6 MSCs were treated by indicated cytokines with or without WP1066 (5 μM).
