Cell viability curves of NIH-3T3 harboring EGFR WT and mutants treated with erlotinib. NIH-3T3 cells harboring EGFR WT and mutants were cultured in DMEM containing 4% FBS with erlotinib at various concentrations (0–5 µM) for 72 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay and cell viability curves were plotted as percentage of control untreated cells at the end of 72 h, presented as mean ± SEM
