Overexpression of miR-141-3p decreases H/R induced apoptosis in H9c2 cardiomyocytes. H9c2 cardiomyocytes were transfected with miR-141-3p mimics or miR-141-3p NC for 6 h in low glucose DMEM, then cultured for another 48 h in basic DMEM. Transfected H9c2 cardiomyocytes were subjected to hypoxia treatment for 8 h, then reoxygenated for 48 h as in Fig. 1. a The cleaved caspase-3 (Cl-caspase-3) and caspase-3 were measured by Western blot analysis. b Apoptotic cells were determined by flow cytometric analysis.
