MiR-141-3p is downregulated by hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) in H9c2 cardiomyocytes. H9c2 cardiomyocytes were subjected to hypoxia treatment for 8 h with low glucose (1 mg/mL glucose) DMEM and oxygen-free atmosphere (95% N2 and 5% CO2, 37 °C), then reoxygenated for 48 h with normal culture medium (4.5 mg/mL glucose) and normal atmosphere (95% air and 5% CO2, 37 °C). a The alteration of morphology was observed by microscope. b The expression of miR-141-3p was determined by qRT-PCR.
