From: Enhanced efficiency in isolation and expansion of hAMSCs via dual enzyme digestion and micro-carrier
Viability of healthy hAMSCs isolated from human amniotic membrane by dual enzyme method and cultured on normal plate and the different type of microsphere (chitosan-based microspheres (CMs, GCMs and CCMs) measured by MTT. Results are expressed as optical density (OD) of healthy cells. Data was derived from cells plated on tissue culture plates and expressed as the mean ± SE of absorbance at 570 nm from at least three independent experiments.
