PRL2 deficient myeloid cells survive better after X-ray radiation exposure in vivo. PRL2 myeloid cell specific deficient mice (CKO) and their wide-type (WT) control mice were exposed to X-ray radiation at a dose of 9 Gy. Blood from tails was collected at the indicated hours after irradiation for cell counting and peripheral blood smear. Error bars represent the SEM. Statistics were performed on pooled data from 2 independent experiments. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.005
