TGF-β1 promoted nuclear translocation of β-catenin in OP9-DL1 cells. a Cells were treated with various concentrations of TGF-β1 for 72 h. Immunofluorescence staining was imaged using anti-β-catenin (red), and the nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Magnification, ×200. b The nuclear/cytoplasmic β-catenin ratio was quantified using ImageJ software and determined by measuring the density of a randomly selected region in the nucleus and cytoplasm.
