TGF-β1 activated Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in OP9-DL1 cells. OP9-DL1 cells were treated with various concentrations of TGF-β1 for 7 days in the presence of rosiglitazone. a LEF1, CCND1, Dvl3, Fzd2 and Axin2 mRNA levels were measured by real-time PCR and normalized to GAPDH. b β-catenin and Axin2 protein levels were assessed by Western blot analysis.
