Scutellarin inhibited oxidative stress in H2O2-induced ARPE-19 cells. ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with different concentrations of scutellarin (25, 50, 100 μM) for 2 h, and then treated with H2O2 (1 mM) for 24 h. The levels of ROS (a), MDA (b) and SOD (c) and GSH activity (d) were measured to assess the level of oxidative stress. *p < 0.05 versus the control cells; #p < 0.05 versus ARPE-19 cells exposed to H2O2
