IL-33 promotes the autophagy of macrophages via regulating the TLR4 signaling pathway. Bone marrow-derived macrophages were prepared from wild-type (WT) mouse and TLR4 knockout (KO) mouse, respectively. Macrophages derived from WT or TLR4KO were treated with IL-33 or starvation medium EBSS respectively, and cell lysates were immunoblotted to detect P62, LC3I, LC3II and β-actin.
