miR-26a overexpression inhibited activation of the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) pathway by downregulating TRPC3 in ox-LDL-treated HAECs. a HAECs were transfected with miR-26a, miR-NC, miR-26a + Empty, or miR-26a + TRPC3, followed by treatment with 50 nM ox-LDL for 24 h.
