The sequences of mutated DLL4-3′UTR were also shown. b NSCs were cotransfected with the constructed luciferase reporter plasmids (DLL4-3′UTR-WT or DLL4 3′UTR-MUT) and miR-124 or miR-control, and then luciferase reporter assay was performed to detect luciferase activity.
