Direct interaction between HIF1-α and p53 under oxidant and imitated hypoxic condition by immunoprecipitation of p53 along with HIF1-α. SK-NM-C cells were treated with either 100 μM H₂O₂, 12 μM menadione or 100 μM CoCl₂ for 24 h.
