Loss of EZH2 enhances NKT development, and partially rescues the blockage caused by loss of UTX. a Liver lymphocytes were isolated from WT, EZH2 KO, UTX KO, and UTX/EZH2 DKO mice, and analyzed for CD1d tetramer binding and CD3e levels by FACS. b Quantification of 3 experiments of indicated genotype showing the difference in frequency of tetramer positive cells in the liver. The difference between WT and CD4-specific UTX KO is significant by two-tailed T test (p < 0.02). There is also a significant difference between UTX KO and UTX/EZH2 DKO (p < 0.02), indicating the partial rescue
