Baicalein possesses anti-AMKL activity in vivo. a 6133 MPL/W515L cells treated with or without baicalein were collected for CD41 staining. The expression of CD41 was analyzed by flow cytometry. b Sublethally irradiated mice were transplanted with 6133 MPL/W515L cells (3 × 105 cells/mouse).
