Inhibitory effects of aphidicolin and lithocholic acid on dI correction in mammalian cell-free extracts. Heteroduplexes G-I, T-I, C-I and A-I (21 fmol) were incubated with 90 μg HeLa extracts containing indicated DNA polymerases inhibitors for 30 min at 37 °C.
