Dose dependent inhibition of cell viability in pancreatic cancer cells. a, c MIA PaCa-2 and b, d Panc-1 cells were treated with unmodified ferulic acid (FA), unmodified aspirin (ASP), FA encapsulated in chitosan-solid lipid nanoparticles (c-SLNs), and ASP c-SLNs. MTS assay was performed to determine the cell viability of MIA PaCa-2 and Panc-1 cells after treating with a range of concentrations of free and c-SLN modified FA and ASP for 72 h.
