Generation of rat renal ischemia–reperfusion model. The rat renal ischemia–reperfusion injury (IR) model was generated by occlusion of the left renal artery followed by reperfusion and right kidney removal. iPSC-derived renal progenitor cells were injected into the renal parenchyma of the injured rats in combination with a hydrogel.
