Translocation of PKC-ε to cell membrane by Western blot in the d-galactose age-induced primary cultured neonatal cardiomyocytes. Control, H/R, PC, PC + Che and PC + Che + NaHS groups showed no translocation of PKC-ε to cell membrane. H/R + NaHS and PC + NaHS groups showed translocation of PKC-ε to cell membrane. Na+/K+-ATPase was used a membrane fraction loading control.
