Effects of SWT on H ₂ O ₂ -induced cytotoxicity in MCF-10A cells. A. The MCF-10A cells (3,000 cells/well) were pre-treated with SWT (1.28, 2.56 or 4.0 mg/mL) for two hours then exposed to various concentrations of H₂O₂ for 24 hours. B. The cytotoxicity of SWT alone were determined on MCF-10 cells after treatment for 24 hours. Cell growth was measured using the SRB assay. Results are expressed as percentage viability of control cells without drug treatment. Points, means from three replicates; bars, S.D.
