Key role of IL-17 in the pathogenesis of liver injury induced by CCl 4 injection. Before CCl4 injection, mice were given monoclonal rat anti-mouse IL-17 antibody (anti-mouse IL-17 mAb) or recombinant mouse (rm) IL-17.
