Cyclosporine does not suppress HIV-1 replication in Rev-CEM. (A) Rev-CEM GFP indicator cells were treated with the indicated cyclosporine concentration for 2 hours prior to infection with 200 ng HIVNL4-3 for two hours. Cells were washed and cultured for 48 hours, and similarly analyzed with flow cytometry as described in FigureĀ 1A. (B) The effect of cyclosporine on HIV replication as a function of concentration at 48 hours post-infection.
