Spheroid toxicity analysis of NP-Tal at varying doses. Spheroids composed of OVCAR8-DsRed2 cells and NCI/ADR-RES-EGFP cells were treated with NP-Tal at varying doses 3 days after seeding. Fluorescence was recorded up to 12 days, and intensity values for each cell line were normalized to the untreated spheroids to calculate cell viability.
