p110α Y508F heterozygous mutation impairs the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC cells. A-D p110α Y508F heterozygous mutation impaired the growth of CRC cells. Parental cells and isogenic p110α Y508F KI mutant cells were analyzed for proliferation (A), colony formation (B, C), and xenograft tumor growth (D). E-H p110α Y508F heterozygous mutation attenuated metastasis of CRC cells. The migration ability of parental cells and isogenic p110α Y508F KI mutant cells were analyzed in vitro by transwell assays (E, F). The indicated cells were injected into nude mice through tail veins. Two months later, mice were sacrificed. The H&E staining images (G) and numbers of lung metastatic nodules (H) were present.
